Hill House Annexe forms a separate part of Hill House, an attractive detached property located in a quiet residential road in Haslemere, Surrey.

The Annexe benefits from its own private entrance, leading to a spacious living room / dining room. There is a well equipped kitchen plus a cloakroom /shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs is a light double bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

There is a separate dressing room which could also accommodate a small child although please note that a cot is not provided.
